虽远隔千山万水，却不能阻挡海大母亲对遍布世界各地的每一位留学生同学的惦念；虽暂时不能谋面，我们正在搭建各种平台增进留学海大家族里所有兄弟姐妹的交流和情感。在这个特殊的时期，让我们通过线上平台，来一次海大留学生们的华山论剑吧！
Although we are far away from each other because of the pandemic, DMU never stops caring about each and everyone of our international students. Although we can not interact face to face, ISEC is trying every method to increase communication and emotion between each member of DMU international student family. During this special period, let’s utilize online platform to organize a forum or grand gathering for all DMU postgraduate international students!
为了给广大留学生提供学术经验交流、互学互助、锻炼能力的机会，为海大留学生们提供展示自己、提升自己的舞台，向所有人展现海大留学生积极的学习热情和蓬勃的精神面貌，留学生教育中心将举办“学在海大、筑梦深蓝——第一届大连海事大学研究生留学生论坛”。
To provide opportunities for DMU international students to share their active efforts and achievements, exchange study experience, communicate and learn from each other, and to demonstrate the positive spirit of study in DMU , International Students’Education Center(ISEC) will organize“Study in DMU, Advancing for the Blue Dream”--The 1stDMU Postgraduate International Students Forum.
留学海大的你取得了哪些学习成果？有哪些心得体会？有什么经验分享？新同学对海大有哪些期待或憧憬？你想听听海大毕业留学生们有哪些话要说？海大的专家导师们给你们哪些建议和指导？此次活动转为海大留学生举办，快来参加吧！
Do you have any academic achievements or study experience to share? Do you have any expectation or visions of study in DMU? Do you want to hear what DMU international alumni want to say? Or do you want to have some guidance from DMU top professors? This event is only for DMU international students. Please feel free to join us!
一、活动面向对象：全体大连海事大学硕士、博士来华留学生。
1. The event is opened to all DMU master’s and doctoral degree international students on campus and off campus.

2020年10月9日（周五）—10月24日（周六）留学生投稿；
Participants send their paper to required email address from Oct. 9thto 24th.
2020年10月24日（周六）—10月31日（周六）留学生教育中心组织专家完成审稿，确认和公布入选征文以及在论坛上发言的学生名单；
ISEC organizes experts to evaluate papers, decide and publicize the enrolled papers and speakers on the forum by Oct. 31st.
2020年11月2日（周一）、3日（周二）“学在海大、筑梦深蓝——第一届大连海事大学研究生留学生论坛”硕士专场、博士专场线上线下同步举行（具体时间将另行通知）。
The“Study in DMU, Advancing for the Blue Dream”--1stDMU Postgraduate International Students Forum will be held on November 2nd(Master Session) and November 3rd(PhD Session) both online and offline. Detailed time and arrangement will be announced later.

五、活动奖励
5.Awards：
入选征文将被收录到《学在海大、筑梦深蓝——第一届大连海事大学研究生留学生论坛》征文集、获奖者将被授予荣誉证书以及奖品。
The enrolled papers will be collected and published in the book“Study in DMU, Advancing for the Blue Dream”--The 1stDMU Postgraduate International Students Forum”. The authors will be issued certificates and awards.

稿件要求
Detailed Requirements of Papers for“Study in DMU, Advancing for the Blue Dream --The 1st DMU Postgraduate International Students Forum”
1、稿件题目不限，内容主要围绕在海大学习的感受、在学术方面取得的成绩和进展、以及学习经验分享。对于留学生新生，可以围绕对海大的期待、憧憬，以及梦想中的海大等主题撰写文章。文章应具有原创性、创新性、规范性和可读性。
The topic is decided by the author. The content should be manly related but not limited to study experience in DMU, academic progress achieved, or any thoughts or feeling you to share. For new students, your expectation or visions of study in DMU is also welcome. The paper should be original, innovative and standard.
2、稿件字数在2000——5000字之间。
The number of words of the paper should be 2000-5000.
3、稿件可用中文或英文撰写，摘要要求200-300字，摘要要独立于正文而存在，且准确、具体、完整地概括文章的主要内容。稿件关键词一般为4-8个。
The paper can be in Chinese or in English with 200-300 words abstract. The abstract should correctly summarize the main content of the paper. There should be 4-8 key words.
4、在文后附作者简介（100字以内），包括以下内容：作者护照姓名、中文名、性别、国籍、专业、专业学习开始时间、电子邮箱，并提供作者两寸彩色电子版证件照片。
The author’s resume (less than 100 words) should be added at the end of the paper including author’s passport name, Chinese name, gender, nationality, major, major start time, email address, and digital photo of the author.
5、中文正文用小四号宋体，英文正文用小四号Times New Roman。
Chinese words in content should be小四号宋体, and English words in content should be small fournumberTimes New Roman.
