Master Correct Ways Opening the Winter Vacation - Guidance on DMU Campus

The long waited winter vacation has finally started, and to ensure the normal study life of students living on campus, some service departments of school still open during winter vacation. Students on campus please pay attention to following information to grasp correct ways of opening the holiday:

1、Restaurant service

The 1^st floor of central canteen (Zhongxin Shitang) still open during the whole winter vacation, with detailed open time as follows:

Breakfast：7:00-8:30

Lunch：11:00-12:30

Supper：16:30-18:00

Other restaurants will be temporarily closed from Jan. 21^st and open time will be announced later.

2、Teaching buildings

All public teaching buildings will be closed during winter vacation and will open from March 12^th. If there are any adjustments of pandemic control policies, the opening time will be relatively adjusted.

3、Libraries

The Dongshan Library will be open everyday from Jan. 25^th to March 12^th except for weekends and Feb.10th to 21st.The study room on 3^rd floor will be open from 9:30-15:00 and reading room on 2^nd floor will be open from 9:30-11:30. Students can borrow books with maximum of 10 books each time.

Xishan Library will be closed during the whole winter vacation.

For borrowed books due in holiday, the return date can be prolonged to March 26^th.

4、Medical service

The school hospital has suspended the medical treatment from December 22^nd according to requirements from related departments and the restart time will be confirmed later. International students living on campus please timely contact teachers of ISEC in case of any illnesses. During winter vacation, the school hospital will still provide medical consultant and emergency service to teachers and students on campus.

Work time: 8:30-11:30, 13:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday (except for Feb. 11th to 26th)

5、Financial service

Financial department will continue reimbursement service on open days during winter vacation. To avoid gathering, the reimbursement service is advised to be done online which means applying online and submitting materials offline.

Open time

8:30-11:30 am every Tuesday and Friday (except for Feb. 11^th - 18^th )
