The school has issued Notice aboutStrengthening Campus Pandemic Control Measures, here we transfer the information as below, and please pay attention and cooperate:
Recently, 2 confirmed cases of COVID-19 were discovered at Anhui province, 1 is at Yu’an district Liu’an city and the other one is at Feixi county Hefei city. The epidemic risk level of Zhedong Business Mall in Jin’andistrict and Bai Chuan Ming Tingcommunity in Yu’an District of Liu’an city, Anhuiprovince were determined as medium risk level. In order to ensure campus pandemic control, please follow the instructions as below:
1.Careful investigation of travel history of all students and staff members need to be done immediately and anyone who have been to Anhui province or have had any contact with the confirmed cases should report immediately to your community, working department, your teacher(international students please immediately contact ISEC)and local Disease Control Center,andstay at home for isolation without going to public areas or taking public transport. People with above experience are not allowed to enter campus without required isolation, application and testing result.
2. Strict campus closed-off management. All the staff and students must go through application and evaluation procedures when entering or leaving campus. All students on campus are not allowed to leave campus without approval. All staff members are not advised to leave Dalian without important issues and approval. All people are not allowed to go to medium or high level risk areas. Visitors are not allowed to entercampuswithout evaluation and approval. People from medium or high risk areas are not allowed to entercampus.
3. Complete vaccination ASAP. The vaccination work will be further conducted and all the staff and students are advised to take the vaccine as soon as possible to ensure the well being and safety of all.
4. Strengthen the campus security line. Students residency, classrooms, labs dining halls and offices must be disinfected to ensure hygiene and safety. Strengthen the disinfection of express packages and food delivery to ensure hygiene and safety.
5. Enhance personal awareness ofvirusprevention and control. Please continuously enhance pandemic prevention awareness and control measures. Don’t make rumors, spread rumors, or believe rumors. Please follow the instructions on Covid-19 prevention: wear masks, pay attention to personal hygiene, and avoid group activities.

Confirmed case Ms. Li, arrived at Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport from Lanzhou at 19:15, April 26th2021 by flight MF8288 (seat no. 65J), arrived at Dalian North Railway Station at 19:30 by taxi, and departed to Yingkou Bayuquan at 20:51 by high speed train G8043 (carriage no. 7, seat no.007F).
She arrived at Dalian North Railway Station at 9:29 am May 1st2021 from Yingkou Bayuquan by high speed train G8042 (carriage 15, seat no. 017F), went to Dalian Zhoushuizi Airport from 9:40 am to 10:16 am by airport shuttle bus (辽BL8298), went to Subway, Starbucks of Airport, and departed to Hefei at 13:05 by flight HU7746 (seat no. 42H).
