Dear international students,at the moment of saying farewell to 2021 and welcoming 2022, thewinter vacationof 2022 has begun. What’s your achievements for the past semester? What’s your plan for this vacation and what’s your expectation for the coming semester? Here we have following reminds and expectations:
1、Duration of winter vacation:
For students: January 1stto February 27th2022
For staff members: January 8thto February 23rd2022
Regarding arrangements of registration for new semester, as well as re-exam and class choosing of new semester, ISEC will notify in advance after getting confirmation from school.
2、Important notes for winter vacation:
1、Please continue strengthening pandemic prevention awarenessand measures
Pleaseclosely pay attention to pandemic progress of the region you are located and comply with pandemic control measures accordingly. Please protect yourselves and your family members well,scientifically ware masks, keep good hygiene, andregularly ventilate and disinfect your living environments.
Please avoid non-essential outdoor activities, avoid cross region movement, avoid crowded places or gathering activities, and do not go to risk areas.
The school will continue closed off management during winter vocation and students living on campus should not leave campus without special reasons and approval from ISEC. All students living out of campus should not come to campus without approval from ISEC. All visitors are forbidden to enter campus. Students living off campus and in Dalian are advisednotto leave Dalian.
Please daily report to ISEC as required about your physical condition, location, travel information etc. timely, correctly and honestly.
In case of symptoms such as fever, coughing etc, those on campus please report to ISEC immediately for medical care, and those living out of campus please go to hospital immediately, report to ISEC at the same time, and try to avoid taking public transport.
2、Please pay attention to safety and healthy routine during holiday
Please take care of your personal belongs, dormitory safety, fire safety, water and electricity safety during the holiday to avoid anykinds of accidents. Please do not participate in any illegal activity.
Please keep healthy daily routine, sufficient sleep, healthy diet, proper exercises andkeep healthy physical and mental conditionduring holiday.
3、Please keep close attention tonews and notices from school andISECand timely get notice regarding arrangements of new semester registration, course schedule, re-exams, course choosing etc.
ISEC has assigned staff members on duty everyday during the winter vacation, and in case of any problem or difficulty, students on campus can go to the office of ISEC to ask for help from teachers on duty; and students off campus can contact us by wechat or email.
