Master Correct Ways Opening the Winter Vacation - Guidance on DMU Campus
盼望已久得寒假已经正式拉开帷幕，为保证住校学生的正常学习生活，寒假期间学校的部分服务部门仍然开放，请住校同学关注以下具体信息，掌握假期正确打开方式:
The long waited winter vacation has finally started, and to ensure the normal study life of students living on campus, some service departments of school still open during winter vacation. Students on campus please pay attention to following information to grasp correct ways of opening the holiday:
一、餐饮服务
Restaurant service
寒假期间中心食堂一楼供餐，具体供餐时间为：
The 1st floor of central canteen (Zhongxin Shitang) still open during the whole winter vacation, with detailed open time as follows:
早餐/Breakfast：7:00-8:30
午餐/Lunch：11:00-12:30
晚餐/Supper：16:30-18:00
其他餐厅1月21日起暂停营业，具体营业时间另行通知。
Other restaurants will be temporarily closed from Jan. 21st and open time will be announced later.
二、教学楼宇
Teaching buildings
寒假期间，学校所有公共教学楼宇全部关闭，3月12日起所有教学楼恢复正常开放，如地方疫情防控政策发生变化，教学楼宇开放安排将相应调整。
All public teaching buildings will be closed during winter vacation and will open from March 12th. If there are any adjustments of pandemic control policies, the opening time will be relatively adjusted.
三、图书馆
Libraries
1月25日—3月12日，除周六、周日以及春节期间（2月10日—21日）闭馆外，东山图书馆三楼学习室每日开放，开馆时间9:30—15:00；东山图书馆二楼阅览室每周一开放，开馆时间9:30—11:30，提供图书借阅服务，每位读者最多可借10册；
The Dongshan Library will be open everyday from Jan. 25th to March 12th except for weekends and Feb.10th to 21st.The study room on 3rd floor will be open from 9:30-15:00 and reading room on 2nd floor will be open from 9:30-11:30. Students can borrow books with maximum of 10 books each time.
西山图书馆寒假期间不开放。
Xishan Library will be closed during the whole winter vacation.
寒假期间到期的图书将顺延至3月26日。
For borrowed books due in holiday, the return date can be prolonged to March 26th.
四、医疗服务
Medical service
按大连市卫健委要求，校医院于2020年12月22日起停诊，具体恢复开诊时间等待通知，停诊期间有就医需求的住校留学生请联系留学生教育中心指导老师以便尽快安排就医。寒假期间，校医院继续为在校师生提供医疗咨询服务和应急处理。
The school hospital has suspended the medical treatment from December 22nd according to requirements from related departments and the restart time will be confirmed later. International students living on campus please timely contact teachers of ISEC in case of any illnesses. During winter vacation, the school hospital will still provide medical consultant and emergency service to teachers and students on campus.
工作时间：每周一到周五 上午8:30-11:30，下午13：30-16：30（2月11日-2月26日不办理业务）
Work time: 8:30-11:30, 13:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday (except for Feb. 11th to 26th)

五、财务服务
Financial service
财务处2021年寒假值班期间正常办理报销业务。疫情期间，为防止聚集，投递机24小时开放,原则上不提供现场报销服务，办理报销业务采用网上填报、线下投递方式。
Financial department will continue reimbursement service on open days during winter vacation. To avoid gathering, the reimbursement service is advised to be done online which means applying online and submitting materials offline.
财务处值班时间/Open time
每周二、每周五上午8:30-11:30 （2月11日-2月18日不办理业务）
8:30-11:30 am every Tuesday and Friday (except for Feb. 11th - 18th )
报账、开票业务的办理地点：综合楼601、602。
Working office: Room 601, 602 of the main administration building (Zonghelou) .
