忙忙碌碌中，大连的秋天接近尾声、2020年秋季学期的期末考试季也即将来临。受疫情等因素的影响，本学期学校的考试周已由原来的第19周调整到第18周（12月28日-31日），这意味着所有的考试将在12月底前完成，眼看11月余额不足，在此提醒大家，快快进入期末考试的战备状态！
In the busyness of life, the Autumn of Dalian is coming to an end and so does the Autumn semester of year 2020. As influenced by the pandemic, the school’s examination week of this semester has been adjusted from the original 19thweek to 18thweek (Dec. 28th - 31st ), which means all the examinations of this semester will finish by the end of December. As Nov. is ending soon, here we remind everybody to start preparing for final examinations as soon as possible.

一、考试安排查询
How to check examination schedule
1、进行线下授课的本科生
For undergraduate students doing offline courses:
线下授课的本科生同学，你在学校上课和考试的安排和同班中国同学是一样的，请与授课老师、同班上课的中国同学保持密切联系，及时获得关于作业、考前准备、考试安排等相关信息。同时你的考试时间和考场座位号等信息将在学校的新版教务系统里提前发布，请及时登录新版教务系统进行确认核实，具体步骤如下：
For undergraduate students doing offline courses, the schedule of your class and examinations are same as Chinese students of the same class. Therefore, please keep close contact with your Chinese classmates and class teachers to timely get information related to homework, pre-exam preparation, exam arrangements etc. Also, the detailed information of your examinations will be published on the new version of Jiaowu system（新版教务系统）in advance, and please timely check in Jiaowu system to check exam information of all your courses. Detailed procedures are for your reference:
2、进行线上授课的本科生、所有研究生同学
For undergraduate students doing online courses and all postgraduate students
线上授课的本科留学生、所有研究生留学生，请主动与上课老师确认你所学的每一门课程的考试安排，并务必按照老师要求参加所有考试。除上课老师明确要求，线上授课的本科留学生请不要参照教务系统里的考试时间和安排（那是给线下授课学生看的），最正确的方式就是直接和老师确认考试安排，请谨记！
Undergraduate international students doing online courses and all postgraduate international students please actively contact each of your course teacher to confirm about your examination arrangements. Except for teacher’s requirement, undergraduate students doing online courses please do not refer to examination schedule in Jiaowu system which are for students doing off-line courses. Please remember the best way is to contact and confirm with your course teacher directly about your exam schedule.
二、老生常谈但还是需要谈的事：
Some points we would like to remind as always
1、请按时参加考试
Please attend all exams on time
请所有同学按照考试安排按时参加考试、按要求完成考试内容。按照学校有关规定，不论何种原因未能按时参加考试者，均按照旷考处理，成绩为旷考（记零分），不能获得课程学分，没有补考资格。
All students please attend exams on time, and finish exam requirements accordingly. According to school regulation, those who fail to attend exam on time, no matter what for reasons, the exam result will be absent (which means zero), with no credit and no chance for re-exam.
2、请好好上课、按时交作业、听老师的话
Please attend courses and finish assignments on time and follow teachers requirements
请所有同学按时上课、按照老师要求完成和提交作业，用优秀的课堂表现为自己的期末考核总成绩加分，你的日常表现是通过期末考试的重要因素之一。
All students please attend courses on time and finish course assignments as required by teachers, which will help you get better results for final exam. Your daily performance is one of the crucial factors of your final exam result.
