为了丰富疫情防控期间我校留学生的业余文化生活，增强同学们的疫情防控意识，保持乐观向上的心态，留学生教育中心将举办“海大瞬间”留学生摄影比赛。此次活动旨在分享留学生在中国和海大学习生活的所见、所思、所感，聚焦积极健康的生活状态，展现同舟共济的精神风貌，为世界加油。具体安排如下：
International Students’Education Center plans to hold“Beautiful Moments of DMU”Photography Competition, in order to provide a colorful life forinternationalstudents,and help our students maintainoptimistic mood in the ongoing fight againstpandemic.Thisevent aims to share whatinternationalstudents see, think and feel in DMU and China,showcasing the positiveattitude and pioneering spirit of DMU international students.Details are as follows:
一、参赛对象：
Participants:
大连海事大学全体留学生
All DMUinternationalstudents.
二、作品要求：
Requirements for Photos:
1.作品包括但不限于“景观类、人物类、纪实类、创意类”等，内容积极向上。
Photos include but not limited to“scenery, figures, events, originality”etc., which should be positive and healthy.
2.作品形式、风格及拍摄设备不限。
Any photo type, style, or shooting equipment is accepted.
3.照片为JPG、JPGE格式高清原图。
The JPG or JPGE images are required.
4.每人最多可投5张照片，并编好序号，每组作品要有主题名称和简短文字说明。
No more than 5 photos could be submitted and should be numbered, with the subject and a brief introduction.
5.为了保证评比的公正性和一致性，作品一律不得加入边框、水印、签名等，也不得做合成、改变色彩等技术处理。
Any photo can’t be framed, signed or embedded with watermark.Any technical processing such as synthesis or color changes is not required.
三、作品征集时间：
Closing Dateof Photo Submission:
即日起即可投稿，截止时间为2020年9月30日。
The deadline of photo submission is bySept. 30, 2020.
四、奖项设置：
Prizes:
一等奖2名；二等奖5名；三等奖10名；优秀奖若干名。
Two First Prize winners; Five Second Prize winners; Ten Third Prize winners; Some Honorable Mention winners.
获奖作品将由大连海事大学留学生教育中心颁发获奖证书及奖品。
Certificates of Achievement and awards will be issued by International Students’Education Center.
五、参赛方式及要求：
Entry Requirements:
1.每幅作品文件名统一为：作品序号+作品名称+作者名。
Each photo should be named with: Number + Name of Photo + Name of Photographer.
2.作品以附件的形式发送至电子邮箱：students@dlmu.edu.cn，邮件标题格式为“摄影比赛+作品名称+作者名”，并在邮件正文中按顺序附上作者名、国别、联系信息、作品介绍等信息。
Photos should be sent as an attachment tostudents@dlmu.edu.cn, with the subject“Photography Competition + Name of Photo + Name of Photographer”. Also, the name of photographers, nationality, contact information and a brief introduction of photos should be provided in e-mail.
