On the afternoon of March 27th, the 6th Appreciate at DMU - Cross Cultural Exchange Series Activity of the 2023-2024 Academic Year of the International Students’ Education Center was successfully held in the activity room on the first floor of Yihua Second Apartment. This event received strong support from the College of Ship Electrical Engineering, and more than 40 Chinese and foreign students participated together.

The theme of this event is "Healthy Lifestyle", which is divided into three parts: communication and sharing, talent display, and gaming. At the beginning of the activity, the students actively and confidently introduced themselves, bravely showcasing their own characteristics. Subsequently, everyone shared their secrets to maintaining health and the obstacles encountered during the process, and explored the differences in daily routine and diet between different cultures. In the talent display segment, everyone actively and enthusiastically showcased their artistic talents. Finally, the game segments such as "beating drums and passing flowers" and "drawing and guessing" further strengthened the communication and understanding between Chinese and foreign students, pushing the atmosphere of the activity to a climax.

Through ice breaking communication, talent display, and game interaction, students have gone from being unfamiliar to becoming familiar, sharing and cooperating with each other, enhancing their understanding of different cultures. We hope that in future exchanges and collisions, Chinese and foreign students can jointly build bridges of friendship, appreciate the flowers of civilization, embrace each other with a mindset of mutual learning and open tolerance, and create the future together.
