5.Professor Zhang Renping, Professor at Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University. Prof. Zhang has been engaged in maritime education and study of maritime conventions over 30 years. Main research and study areas: International Maritime Organization (IMO) Conventions and the effective implementations, the latest issues relating to maritime safety and security, marine environment protection.

Member of National Advisory Committee of Undergraduate English Programs, Ministry of Education, China.Peer ReviewExpert ofNationalSocialScienceProjects ofChina, Evaluation Expert of National Publication Foundation of China, Technical Expert of Test Center at National Maritime Service Center of China.Main research and study areas: Maritime English, Corpus Linguistics, Globalization and English teaching.Prof. Luo has presided over a number of maritime English horizontal projects and conducted pioneering research based on Maritime English.
