TheWorldTransportConvention(WTC),approved by State Council of China, jointly organized by Scientific Association, Ministry of Transportation, Academy of Engineering of China and other related organizations is an academic conference of international transportation industry as well as a platform displaying international transportation research achievements.
To enhance mutual communication of international talents training and management of transportation industry, to promote academic communicationandcooperation, and to boost theinternationalization oftheWorldTransportConvention(WTC),the WTC International Student Operating Committee was established andthe INTERNATIONAL STUDENT FORUM AND INAUGURAL CEREMONY OF WTCINTERNATIONAL STUDENT OPERATING COMMITTEE, organized by International Education College of Chang’an University and sponsored by WTC was successfully held on June 18th.
As a member of WTC Executive Committee and WTC International Student Operating Committee, International Students’Education Center of DMU will fully play the role of providing high level education and communication platform for international talents. ISEC will also utilize the platform to enhance cooperation with other WTC members in the field of international talents education, academic communication, transportation industry internationalization etc. to continuously promote international construction of DMU as well as the maritime education of Chinese university.
