The winter vacation for staff is from January 15, 2020 to February 27, 2020

1. 在2020年1月15日之前退房间的同学，请在离开的前5个工作日办理退还 押金的相关手续；在假期期间退房间的同学，请在2019年1月9日至1 月 13日期间办理退还押金的相关手续。如不在规定期间内退费，视为自动放 弃住宿押金。

For those who check out before January 15,2020, please go through the formalities for refund of deposit five working days before leaving; for those who check out during the holidays, please go through the formalities for refund of deposit from January 9,2020 to January 13,2020.If the refund is not made within the prescribed period, the deposit will be automatically waived.

2. 需要充电的同学，请在2020年1月15日之前充电，保证假期中电量充足。

Students who need to recharge, please recharge before January 15,2020, to  ensure adequate electricity during the holidays.

放假期间不办理任何退费
