在校住宿的留学生同学注意啦！

校内住宿留学生同学/International Students on campus:

近期部分校内住宿留学生需要到综合楼等校内楼宇办理学术费报销等事宜，由于疫情期间学校各楼宇均实行严格管控措施，所有校内师生均需严格遵守，为帮助大家更好的理解和执行，我们把进入综合楼等楼宇的操作指南简要介绍给大家：

As many international students recently need to enter the Main Administration building and other buildings on campus to finish reimbursement issues etc., as all buildings are undertaking strict management during the pandemic control period which required all staff members and students to follow, here we make a brief introduction about how to conduct entrance registration in the Main Administration Building and other buildings on campus for our international students to understand and follow.

1、进入楼宇期间请佩戴口罩。

Please wear masks in the buildings.

2、请携带本人一卡通刷卡进入。

Please take your e-card with you.

3、请在一楼门卫处进行体温监测。综合楼采取测温仪形式检测体温，请正面面向测温仪站立、将个人脸部影像至于虚线范围内即可完成体温监测。（其他楼宇的体温测量方式请按照工作人员的指示进行）

Please measure your body temperature after entering the main gate of the building. Body temperature measurement meter is being used in Main Administration Building, and please stand facing the machine and put your image within the dashed line to finish the measurement. Body temperature measurement methods are different among other buildings and please follow the instruction of the people working there.

4、扫码进行身份登记，用微信或者“海大在线”扫一扫功能扫描一楼门岗处张贴的二维码，进行身份认证。

Please scan the QR code using your wechat or“海大在线”(Haida Zaixian) at the main gate of the building, to finish registration.

5、出于安全和自身防护考虑，请注意与他人保持至少1.5米的安全距离，避免人员聚集。

For the safety and self-protection of all people, please keep at least 1.5 meter’s distance from others and avoid group gathering.

6、如一楼门卫询问你的来访事由，请尽可能用中文交流和解释，如果中文交流困难，请邀请你的同学陪同前往并帮助翻译。期间如有问题，请第一时间与留学生教育中心老师联系。

Please try to communicate and explain in Chinese if the guard asks about reason you enter the building. If you have problem communicating in Chinese, please bring your friend with you to help interpreting. For any problems during the process, please feel free to contact teachers of International Students Education Center.
