On May 10th, Northeastern University of Finance and Economics successfully held the "2025 Experience China - Xinghai International Students Symposium of Management and Economies". This event was hosted by the China Scholarship Council and invited over a hundred Chinese and foreign teachers and students from 5 universities in Dalian including Dalian Maritime University, Dalian University of Technology, Dalian Polytechnic University, Dalian Jiaotong University, and Northeastern University of Finance and Economics. The event focused on cutting-edge research in the field of finance and economics and the career development of international students, providing a high-level cross-cultural academic exchange platform for Chinese and foreign students.

In the keynote speech segment, DMU Laotian PhD student in Logistics Engineering and Management, NAOKOUMMALY PHUANGCHANH, evaluated the current situation of logistics demand forecasting in Laos under the topic of "Research on Logistics Demand Forecasting in LAO PDR", and shared her research progress studying in China with five graduate students from other universities.

During the poster display session, DMU Bangladeshi PhD student in Logistics Engineering and Management, FATEHA UMMA AL, and Panamanian Master's student in Maritime Traffic Engineering, RODRIGUEZ RIVAS NOELLA NEDELKA, presented their latest research papers in graphic and textual form, fully demonstrating the academic vitality and innovative thinking of international students.

At the same time, DMU Tanzanian doctoral student MAIRUSYA LAWRENT GORDON, Zambian master's student NKUNDE MULENGA, Bangladeshi master's student HOSEN IQBAL, Pakistani master's student BIBI AIMAN, JAWERIA, SARDAR TAYYABA, RAZA AHMAD, and HANIF HAFIZ MUHAMMAD USAMA were invited to attend the event. They actively communicated and interacted with other attending Chinese and foreign teachers and students

This activity focused on cutting-edge topics in the global economic transformation and China's high-quality development process, successfully establishing a dialogue platform for Chinese and foreign students in the field of economic management.
