The International Students’ Education Center organized overseas students to participate in the main activity on Dragon Boat Festival Day - “Love Zonzi” activity - in the Qingniwa community of Zho

On the afternoon of June 15, the International Students’ Education Center organized 20 overseas students from more then 10 countries to visit Qingniwa community of Zhongshan district and to participate in the main activity on Dragon Boat Festival Day - “Love Zonzi” activity, to share with community residents unforgettable moments of the Dragon Boat Festival Day.

During the activity, foreign students together with community residents made zongzi, watched a tea ceremony show and tasted the zongzi they have made. The International Student’s Education Center was also honored to be awarded the title of " volunteer service team of Qingniwa Bridge Street” and accepted the flag.

This was the first time our center cooperated with local community and organized international activity in order to deepen the international student’s knowledge about chinese culture and enrich their cultural activities life, to enhance close contacts between overseas students and Chinese people.
