Staff of Thai Kasetsart University Visited International Students’ Education Center, DMU

On the afternoon of June 14, staff of a Thai Kasetsart University visited International Students’ Education Center，Dalian Maritime University.JING Dinan, the Head of Admissions Office,ISEC, welcomed the 8 visitors which included the Dean of International Maritime Research College, Vice-dean of International Affairs and Public Relations and other staff etc.
During the meeting, the Head of Admissions Department, Jing Dinan, presented the introduction to DMU including history, development, majors, research projects, numbers of international students, departments of ISEC, etc. She also expressed the expectation of the two parties’ future cooperation.
Mr. Nirut Hongprasith, the Dean of International Maritime Research College, thanked DMU for the warm welcome, expressing that Thai government attached great importance to Chinese universities’ admissions and cultivation of Thai students, and more and more Thai students showed interest in Chinese culture. He hoped that on the basis of this visit the two parties could further promote cooperation.

After the meeting, the two parties exchanged gifts.

Visitors later communicated with Thai international students who have Chinese Government Scholarship about study and life in China.
