Logistic Engineering and Management Majors Visited Port of Dalian

Aiming to make international students better grasp related knowledge of Port Strategy and Operation, as well as understanding the construction and operation of Chinese ports, on May 10 ISEC organized international students to visit Port of Dalian.

By observing how the port operated and manipulating the simulators, students acquired knowledge of port operation and got a hands-on experience of what they learned at class.

Through the visit, students expressed that they had a better understanding of port construction, development and operation; also their study interest was further aroused. They hope one day they could put knowledge into use and contribute their own part in the port industry.
