Visit to Dalian Natural History Museum

With aim of practicing Chinese and improving teacher-student communication, IEC international students came to visit Dalian Natural History Museum guided by Chinese teachers. Nearly 80 students attended this activity including students from Russia, Mongolia, Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, Tanzania, Djibouti, Uzbekistan, and Laos.

Students and teachers went through different exhibition halls including dinosaurs, marine creatures, northeastern forest animals, etc. Amazed by the rich pool of exhibitions, international students happily exchanged ideas with each other. Teachers were glad to see that they exercised using Chinese while visiting the fun museum.

This visit enriched international students’ life and also offered them a chance to put what they learned at class into practice. This semester IEC will hold various extracurricular activities. Stay tuned.
