In order to promote the cultivation of international legal talents in China, improve the professional quality and comprehensive ability of young people in the legal field, enhance mutual understanding and grow up side by side, and help young people to understand and experience the whole process and details of court trial cases in the competition, under guidance of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the Legal Department of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, and the Research Office of the Basic Law Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, The "Invitational Moot Arbitration Competition" organized by Fudan University and supported by the National Scholarship Fund Management Committee and other units was successfully held on December 3.
After strict evaluation, a total of 14 teams were enrolled in the final session and competed fiercely. DMU Law major doctoral degree international students: ZULFIQAR KHADIJA(朱馨宁) from Pakistan and SAKIB OMWEO AL(奥姆) from Bangladesh performed well under the guidance of Professor Zhou Qinghua of the School of Law, and won the "Outstanding Award in the Final", which fully demonstrated the professional demeanour of DMU international students.


In the previous "Perceiving China - Judicial Experience" Simulated Arbitration Court activity held by the China Scholarship Council, the above two students won the honor of "Excellent Court Defender" for their outstanding performance, and DMU won the title of "Excellent Organization Unit".



We would like to thank professional colleges and teachers for their hard work and outstanding contributions in international student education.
