留学生同学们/Dear International Students：
为了鼓励广大留学生积极开展学习生活，对学习成绩优秀、表现良好或作出突出贡献的留学生给予肯定和鼓励，学校特设立大连海事大学优秀来华留学生奖学金，2023年秋季学期具体奖学金项目及申报方法如下：
To encourage international students to actively enhance study activity, give recognition and encouragement to students with excellent academic performance, good behavior or outstanding contributions, the school especially established Dalian Maritime University Excellent International Student Scholarship Award. The detailed awards and application requirements for Autumn semester 2023 are as follows:
一、具体奖项/Detailed Awards
（一）优秀本科生奖
Excellent Undergraduate International Student Award:
评选对象Eligible Applicants：
2022、2021级本科留学生/undergraduate students of grade 2022 and 2021
评审内容Review Content：
2022-2023学年成绩、日常表现等/ Transcript of 2022-2023 academic year, daily performance etc.
奖励内容Awards：
中国政府奖学金生颁发证书/Chinese government scholarship students will be issued certificates.
自费生颁发证书及奖学金券，具体内容如下/Self-funded students will be issued certificates and payment coupons with details as follows:
一等奖：奖励8,000元人民币奖学金券，用于减免2024-2025学年部分学费。
1st Prize: A payment coupon worth of 8,000 RMB per person which covers part of tuition fee of 2024-2025 academic year.
二等奖：奖励6,000元人民币奖学金券，用于减免2024-2025学年部分学费。
2nd Prize: A payment coupon worth of 6,000 RMB per person which covers part of tuition fee of 2024-2025 academic year.
三等奖：奖励4,000元人民币奖学金券，用于减免2024-2025学年部分学费。
3rd Prize: A payment coupon worth of 4,000 RMB per person which covers part of tuition fee of 2024-2025 academic year.
（二）优秀硕士生奖
Excellent Master’s Degree International Student Award:
评选对象Eligible Applicants:
2022级硕士留学生/ master's degree international students of grade 2022
评审内容Review Content：
2022-2023学年成绩、日常表现等/ Transcript of 2022-2023 academic year, daily performance etc.
奖励内容Awards：
中国政府奖学金生颁发证书/Chinese government scholarship students will be issued certificates.
自费生颁发证书及奖学金券，具体内容如下/Self-funded students will be issued certificates and payment coupons with details as follows:
一等奖：奖励10,000元人民币奖学金券，用于减免2024-2025学年部分学费。
1st Prize:A payment coupon worth of 10,000 RMB per person which covers part of tuition fee of 2024-2025 academic year.
二等奖：奖励8,000元人民币奖学金券，用于减免2024-2025学年部分学费。
2nd Prize: A payment coupon worth of 8,000 RMB per person which covers part of tuition fee of 2024-2025 academic year.
（三）学习进步奖
Good Progress Award:
评选对象Eligible Applicants：
2022、2021级本科留学生/ undergraduate international students of grade 2022 and 2021
评审内容Review Content：
2022-2023学年成绩、日常表现等/ Transcript of 2022-2023 academic year, daily performance etc.
奖励内容Awards：
中国政府奖学金生颁发证书；自费生每人奖励证书及1,000元人民币奖学金券，用于减免2024-2025学年部分学费。
The Chinese Government Scholarship students will be awarded certificates; and self-funded students will be issued certificate and payment coupons worth of 1,000 RMB per person which covers part of tuition fee of 2024-2025 academic year.
（四）优秀汉培生奖/Excellent Chinese Language Program Students Award:
评选对象Eligible Applicants:
全体汉培生/All Chinese language program students
评审内容Review Content：
2023年秋季学期成绩、日常表现等/ Transcript of Autumn semester of 2023, daily performance etc.
奖励内容Awards：
中国政府奖学金生颁发证书/Chinese government scholarship students will be issued certificates.
自费生颁发证书及奖学金券，具体内容如下/Self-funded students will be issued certificates and payment coupons with details as follows:
一等奖：奖励奖学金券一张，用于减免下一学习阶段（1学期及以上）部分学费2,000元人民币或者自费预科、学历学习阶段第一学年住宿费10,000元人民币，由获奖者自行选择。
1st Prize: A payment coupon which covers 2000 RMB for part of tuition fee of next semester/academic year, or covers 10,000 RMB for part of accommodation fee during 1st academic year of self-funded preparatory program or degree program study.
二等奖：奖励奖学金券一张，用于减免下一学习阶段（1学期及以上）部分学费1,000元人民币或者自费预科、学历学习阶段第一学年住宿费5,000元人民币，由获奖者自行选择。
2nd Prize: A payment coupon which covers 1000 RMB for part of tuition fee of next semester/academic year, or covers 5,000 RMB for part of accommodation fee during 1st academic year of self-funded preparatory program or degree program study.
注：下一阶段最短学习时间为1学期者可享受此项费用减免。
Note: The next study period should last for one semester at least.
（五）汉培生全勤奖/Chinese Language Program Students Full Attendance Award
评选对象Eligible Applicants：
全体汉培生/All Chinese language program students
评审内容Review Content：
2023年秋季学期出勤率、日常表现等/ Class attendance of Autumn semester of 2023, daily performance etc.
奖励内容Awards：
中国政府奖学金生颁发证书；自费生每人奖励证书及1,000元人民币奖学金券，用于减免下一学习阶段（1学期及以上）部分学费或住宿费。
The Chinese Government Scholarship students will be awarded certificates; and self-funded students will be issued certificates and payment coupons worth of 1,000 RMB per person which covers part of next semester/year’s tuition fee or accommodation fee.
注：下一阶段最短学习时间为1学期者可享受此项学费减免，全勤指2023年秋季学期所有课程满勤。
Note: The next study period should last for one semester at least. Full attendance refers to attending all courses of autumn semester of year 2023.
（六）突出表现奖/Excellent Performance Award:
评选对象Eligible Applicants:
大连海事大学所有在籍留学生/All international students of DMU
奖励内容Awards:
证书及奖品Certificates and gifts
二、奖学金评选条件/Eligibility:
（一）遵守中国的法律法规和学校的各项规章制度。
Complying with Chinese laws and regulations and DMU disciplines.
（二）尊敬师长，团结同学，品行端正。
Respecting teachers and uniting fellow students with good conduct.
（三）尊重各国人民的风俗习惯，维护各国人民之间的友谊。
Respecting the customs of different peoples, maintaining friendship among peoples.
（四）学习成绩、学术表现、出勤情况良好。
Good performance on academic field and class attendance..
（五）在评选所依据的学年内，参加过学校组织的校级或校级以上级别的活动或比赛并有突出表现者给予优先考虑。
In the reference period, students who actively participated in activities or contests on/off campus and achieved good results or made great contributions to school would be given priorities.
三、有下列情况之一者不能参加本奖学金的评定/Those who with one of following situations can not apply for the awards：
（一）有欠缴费用行为者。
Those who didn’t finish required payment.
（二）因违反外国人出入境管理有关规定而受到行政处罚者、 因违反校纪校规受到通报批评以上（含通报批评）处分者。
Those who violated related rules or regulations.
（三）所参考学年所学科目期中/期末考试有一门以上（含一门）不及格者。
Those who failed in more than 1 course (including 1) in mid-term and final examinations during reference period .
（四）处于休学期间或保留学籍者。
Those who are during study suspension period.
四、申请奖学金所需材料/Application Materials：
（一）《大连海事大学优秀来华留学生奖学金申请表》（请见附件）

（二）相关证书和证明材料扫描件
Scanned copy of related documents, certificates or supporting materials
五、评选程序/Application Procedures：
（一）请申请者于北京时间11月8日（周三）16：00前将签字后的《大连海事大学优秀来华留学生奖学金申请表》会同相关证明材料发送至邮箱：1749036529@qq.com.
报名截止日期为北京时间11月8日（周三）16：00。
Applicants please send your application form and other materials to email: 1749036529@qq.com, before 16:00 November 8th Beijing time.
The deadline of application is 16:00 November 8th Beijing time.
（二）由留学生教育中心奖学金评选委员会负责审核候选人材料并确定入围名单。
The scholarship review committee will evaluate application materials and determine the finalist.
（三）由留学生教育中心奖学金评选委员会确定最终获奖者名单并公示；公示无异议者，将最终获得奖项。
The scholarship review committee will publicly announce the name list of the winners and give awards to the winners if there is no objection.
六、其他注意事项/Other Remarks:
（一）以上各项奖学金不能同时兼得，对于住宿费的减免仅可用于谊华一公寓。
The above awards acquisition cannot be overlapped. The payment coupon for accommodation fee can only be available for Yihua Dormitory 1.
（二）大连海事大学优秀来华留学生奖学金每年春季学期、秋季学期分别评定一次。
The DMU Excellent International Students Scholarship Awards are usually issued twice each year in spring and autumn semester respectively.
（三）本活动最终解释权在大连海事大学留学生教育中心。
The final interpretation right of this activity lies in International Students’ Education Center of DMU.
