International students must report and register your address within 24 hours upon your arrival to Dalian to the local police station. Accommodation Registration is one of the necessary formalities to apply for the visa after immigration. Student living on campus should at first go to the admissions office to fill out the accommodation registration form. You are required to redo the accommodation registration if you changed your visa, passport or address.
Failing to register at the local police station will be warned or fined up to 2000RMB.
